"I can't recommend Mike and his team highly enough. They literally saved my favorite blue jacket after I accidentally wrecked it with my own dumb mistake.

Long story short: I overdid it with Oxyclean spray on a stubborn spot, didn't rinse it thoroughly, let it dry, and ended up with a classic bleach-like faded chemical stain right across the upper left back. The blue was noticeably lighter in that area which was heartbreaking because this was a jacket I wore constantly.

Took it to Mike hoping for a miracle. He and his crew didn't just slap some dye on it and call it a day. They really took the time to analyze what had happened to the fabric. The chemical damage had altered the fibers in the stained spot so they absorbed dye much faster and darker than the rest of the jacket. First attempt to match the original blue left the damaged area noticeably darker, still not right.

Mike didn't throw in the towel. He explained the options clearly, then went for a full bleach-out of the entire jacket followed by another redye. Unfortunately the chemical damaged area still took the dye differently and the stain reappeared. At that point a lot of places would have just shrugged and said "sorry, can't be fixed."

Instead, Mike suggested dyeing the whole thing black. He showed me a couple similar examples he'd done before, explained why black would even out the color absorption issues, and honestly it turned out fantastic. The jacket looks sharp, uniform, and brand new in a completely different (but better) way. I actually like the black version more than the original blue now.

What stands out most is that Mike never gave up on it. He kept trying different approaches, communicated every step, and genuinely cared about getting the best possible result. No upselling, no pressure. Just honest expertise and persistence.

If you have a stained, faded, or damaged garment that means something to you, bring it to Mike. He's the real deal. Thank you, Mike and team! You salvaged a piece I thought was gone for good.

He helped fixed my favorite faded black sweatshirt with a bleach stain back to Jet Black, and I restored a few of my faded black tees back to new. J Crew also had a big sale on cable knit sweatshirts but only had in dark blue, so I bought 2 and had Michael dye one Jet Black and it came out so well. If you have anything that’s faded or bleach stained come here, very reasonably priced as well, and this is a commercial dye process which means it will last a long time on your clothes.
